the title company cashed my check?
The title company escrow check was cashed but i still not received the deed and the key, they said the seller's name in the foreclosure document wasnt correct, and it needs 2 week to alter, why the title company didnt check the document before cash my check? I think they have the responsibility to do it before we sign the closing documents, so now what can we do?
