I purchased the car with a salvage title over a year ago. I have full coverage with Progressive on my 2003 honda accord ex with 64k, in a recent ice storm my wife totaled the car. The insurance adjuster said she can pay us only 50% ($5000) of the fair market value ($10500)?!?!? How is that possible? We were not informed of this when switching to progressive and i would not be able to purchase a similar car(salvage or clean title) for that amount.. PLEASE HELP!Thanks, John
