transfer? Okay, so 2 years ago I paid an insurance company to do a title transfer, however, they were unable to do the transfer, because that title needed to be signed by both the wife and husband of the previous owner. The title that was given to me at the time I purchased the vehicle was only signed by the husband. I managed to get in contact with the previous owners, I mailed them the title, they mailed it back, and I just recently did the title change on my own. Therefore, I paid the insurance company for a service they never performed. Could I get this money back? I called the insurance company, but they started saying "how could you expect us to give you the money back, if it was 2 years ago?" Anybody have any recommendations? Thanks in advance for your help!I have all the receipts and documentation.
