...neon w/a salvaged title(please read)? My friend bought a 2001 dodge neon 2 years ago with a salvaged title...it was fixed up and she bought it for 4,000 dollars from a mechanic. She was recently in a accident and it was totaled and was offered 4,500 by the insurance company.The thing is she said the insurance company does not know it has a salvaged title and neither does HER insurance company...can they find out her title is salvaged??? She seems to think they wont find out???
