later turns out that property descripton is incomplete? We bought title insurance when we bought our property 2 yrs ago. The property purchased consisted of a house + parcel of land next to it. We paid title insurance price for the whole value of the sale. We just sold the house but kept the parcel of land. Turns out that the description in the Exhibit A (for title insurance) that the lawyer gave us at the time of closing 2 yrs ago does not have the parcel mentioned. The deed has both of them but the title insurance description does not. What do we do to make sure we still have the title insurance on the land parcel as it should have been mentioned? Who do we complain to about this - the lawyer handling the closing or the title company?
