Default Can you register/transfer title and get...
...insurance on a car in Florida without a drivers license? I have a car that my brother gave me. The title is from california, I live in florida. I want to transfer the title to me. My brother already signed the title. I also want to register the car and get insurance on it. I don't have a drivers license, I have never had one, I do plan on getting one however. I am over 18 years old. Can I transfer the title, register it and get insurance without a license?
