Finance company paid, but refuses to give title,
they claim it's repoed, but I still have item. What can I do? My parents financed a trailer and were late on payments. Once they closed on their house they paid off the finance company. Finance company cashed the check and now refuse to send them the title. They informed them it's been repossessed, but it has not. Trailer is still in my parents possession. Not sure what their options are. They just want the title.
