Default how to revoke my POA prepared by title company?

Hi I once signed a Special Power of Attorney prepared by title company for my husband to refinance our house. I wonder if it will expire after certain amount of time? Is this POA only applicable to this specific title company? Can my husband misuse this Special Power of Attorney to re-sell the house without any problem for him? What else can he do with this POA? What's the procedure for me to revoke it? Should contacting my title company to discard the POA sufficient? Do I have to register the notarized revoke paper in the county's public records? Thanks!
