...company or large company, with same duties, same pay, same title? I currently work for a very large nationwide fortune 500 company. Have been with them for 5 years and like my job. My only problem with them is we lost a major contract last fall and several employees who were impacted by that contract got cut from full time to half time. Well just this month I was put back up to 30 hours per week. Now I have gotten a call from a recruiter from a competitor of ours, but a much smaller company . Position is doing same thing that I do now. they want me to come in for interview. What kinds of things should I consider in the changing from a large to small employer?
