Default Auto Insurance on a Salvage Title?
Is it possible in the Sate of New Jersey to obtain Limo/Taxi insurance coverage for a vehicle that carries a salvage title?

Probably not. Most of the major companies won't insure a salvaged personal vehicle. I suspect a hire car will be quite a bit more difficult. All you can do is start soliciting quotes on the web making some calls to agents.
