Default Can a title-loan company legally break...

...their own contract? I have a title loan of about $200. In reviewing the contract I found that my late payment fee, if I'm over 10 days late on payment is "5% of the balance due, not to exceed $20". Well my balance due has never been over $300 and I've been late twice - both times I was charged $20, although 5% of $300 is $15, not $20.I called the company who assured me the charges were correct and that late fees are $20 even though the contract says otherwise. I've gone over and over the contract and it's clear they're mistaken. So is it legal for them to break their own contract and overcharge me? What can I do?
