time. It's now causing me financial strain. Help!? Is there anything I can do as a buyer? Can I sue them? Threaten them , bomb them?!!Okay seriously I am furious that someone needs to sign a document and hasn't on their end. We were supposed to close July 24th, then they needed a month, then another week, and now ANOTHER week! I am absolutely livid!!! I'm living off paper plates and out of boxes and can't handle this anymore. My will have to pay another month of rent at my apartment. I have to drive my son to school (his new school, close to the house) 30 minutes each way, every day, putting a toll on my gas, car and did I mention I wake up at crazy hours of the morning to be there on time.The people that were going to help us move cant help us anymore, which means we'll have to hire someone to help us move now.My husband has taken 3 days off work without pay for each closing date and WASTED his vacation time. Now we will one day to move. And he's out a flight ticket to another state (he was going to pick up his mom who is moving out here). What can I possibly do? Do I really just have to sit back and take all this b.s. ?? Is there anything that I can do legally?
