...didn't find a lien? Seller just sold a property I have a lien on. The title company missed my lien in their title search. The seller was aware of the lien before he sold the house and signed an affidavit stating there was NO LIEN. Who is responsible for paying the lien now? I've contacted the title company and haven't heard back from them. Do I need to contact the buyer as well?Should I call the buyer and inform them of the problem?
