I have two contiguous lots and I would like to sell one. I was told by the state I need to get a "deed of creation' from a title company. This is the orginal deed showing it was a seperate lot. It is listed as two lots in state maps but taxed as one. My question is should I go to the title company used when I purchased the properties? What stands to be the cheapest way to get this document?
