Title company won't send my money back?
I made the purchase offer back in March 2009. The offer was acceted by the bank (seller), however, the bank failed to close on time after filing extensions twice. I've decided to pulled out of the deal by filing the termination of contract.2 Months later, the title company refused to refund the funds back and the seller is non-responssive. What can I do?
