was thinking of giving it back because they didn't want to work with me when times got tough, I couldn't afford the payment anymore, i didn't think i had any other options so I moved out so the didn't have to evict me and my family, I'm going through bankruptcy now so i can pay for note a little easier now. I guess they turned it over to lt's management solutions, i owed 210k on the property, they have dropped the price down to 154,500,i really want to move back into my house, no one has bought the house, so no one is living in it, i wouldn't even mind paying the full210k as long as my payment is affordable, i could afford 800 a month

Hope this helps as many as it has helped my family, We got denied a modification from Option One , so we contacted a company called HOPE in south florida, which is a non-profit organization that assisted us through the whole process untill our loan modification was complete, great company and service, they charge nothing to assist you, they were able to assist in lowering our mortgage balance , our monthly payment and our interest rate down to 4.2%, it took about 6 weeks to complete everything.
