I was seperated from my husband in June of 2007, My ex-husband and I signed the loan on 11-12-01 and had never made a late payment, I asked my mortgage company in October of 07 to let me move 1-2 mortgage payments to the end of the loan since we had never made a late payment and had also paid extra over the coarse of the 6 years, they don\'t do that but I was more than welcome to make a late payment and they would work with me on the late fee\'s. At that time, I was trying to catch up on some little bills that I was left with in the divorce and was having a hard time paying it all. I would like to keep the house, since I would like for my children to not have to change schools due to my divorce.
