Default IM a LMC Consultant trying to help Owner owner to keep their home

Hi! I'm Nereyda From C21 in NJ, I work as LMC consultant for a priv company, I help home owners to keep their properties or help them avoid foreclosure, the market here is very hard most the area where I work, many 80/20 loans 100 percent financing and these people can't afford to pay their mortgages and paid too...too...much for their homes, I can tell you I feel good that I didn't push anyone to buy a home they couldn't afford, my clients are ok, Well if you know of any company that needs LMC consultans let me know, I think this will be my new job for 2008 until everything goes back to normal.
