Default Newbie/Semi-Oldie

Hey Folks,
I as well am a newbie to loss mitigation but am understanding it as I work with clients moving forward. I have 7 years in the Mortgage Loan business and in the thick of it here in Del Mar Ca. covering all of southern Cali.
Being Bi-Lingual I look forward to saving more houses this year than I can handle and am ready and currently performing the 15 hour days this crazy upside down market is going to require.
As I help these people I am dedicated to educating myself and look forward to the huge education that this website is touting. As I was taught from day one. This business is all about relationships and if we all keep this in mind in regards to working with these lenders this can only contribute to our success rate in regards to working out solutions that are agreeable for all parties involved.

Here's to all of your efforts and I applaude and commend you on your quest to help your fellow man (and women) out of a seemingly incomprehensible (at least for the homeowner) task.
You are following the golden rule in regards to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I am sure you will prosper from these acts in ways you might not know right now.

Well that's a little too deep but oh well. Thank you in advance for educating me and have a great day. Here's to many more posts and solutions.

Sincerely Arlie

Great,
Well I hope to be just as helpful as I have been assisted. I'll try my best to post what I learn as I move forward. There certainly is enough to learn out there and so many people to help it's really Crazy.
