Thumbs up My Name is Mike Dolan & I'm a Loss Mitigation Trainer

Hello everyone!

My name is Mike Dolan and I have been in the loss mitigation industry for the last 12 years and have an expert knowledge of how this all works. I have worked in quite a few loss mitigation departments for lenders and also as a manager.

I then later used those skills to fight for homeowners.

The owner of this forum has asked me to come on board as a moderator of the forum and we are alos collabroating on the traing material that is almost finished. There will be no other manual like it and very select members will be allowed to essentially partner with us and network.

We plan to be the ELITE loss mitigation training company with the most comprehensive training and support in the industry. BAR NONE!

Post New Training Material

Hi Mike
After I replied to your post yesterday, I got a lead from 877YouKeep and I bought the Financial Health Coach training program. Is this the same program you had in mind or a different one? If different, how so?

there training is for short sales, we are focusing on Workouts, saving homes retention. Short sales are very important aspect though because you may start out trying to save the home but end up working a short sale, just be careful in many states it is illegal to do both. We will be offering a service to do your workouts so you can focus on short sales if you want although our manual will have you rethinking your outsourcing. Why join these companies that you sell for when you can learn it all and keep the entire pie.

Post Training

HI 877YouKeep
I agree with your philosophy on putting saving of homes first. Of course, if after doing one's best saving is impossible, then a short sale or any sale is the next step, barring conflict of interest laws. Then that should be obvious to the owner.

Mike, what will the selection process be for accepting "partners"? My partners and I are very interested and would like to put our best foot forward.
