Default Loss for Words

Hello Everyone I am new to this site.

For the Loss Mitigator specialist. Can you give me advice on a borrower who will sign over her deed to me for a shortsale. She is 90 days delinquent.

Do I have time to negotiate with the lender for a forebearance agreement.?? I am unable to buy the property myself but I am not sure if I should walk away from the home or try to get a work out from the lender.

Please help

Exclamation Loss Mitigation Training Course

Hello everyone:

I stumbled upon this forum and have already passed it along to a couple of people who are also looking into a career in loss mitigation. I am going through a difficult time with
my own home and learning as I go along. I have been in business as a document preparer for over 20 years. I firmly believe I can make be a success in loss mitigation.
I am fluent in Spanish and am looking into the angle of offering my services to spanish
speaking clientele. In my business I have been listening to the sad stories of people losing
their homes for a few months now and I think the time is now. About this Loss Mitigation
Training Course, how much does it cost. My financial situation is difficult at this time and
need clear information.
I have been reading all the posts in this forum and have a great feeling about it. I hope that I am right. Thank you, Ana

Can you please tell me what to expect price wise for this course and when it will be available. I have seen different types of offers on the internet, but they all seem too
expensive for my budget. I want to get started but need direction. Time is extremely importat for me because I am running out of options. Please reply. Thank you, Ana
