Default Blame me for these foreclosures

Until recently I was a wholesale mortgage account executive here in Indiana. My job was to offer our bank's limited documentation (or no documentation) loans to the mortgage companies' borrowers here. If a borrower had the score, usually 620, we had a loan for them even if they couldn't or wouldn't document anything.

Since the meltdown I've decided to do a 180 and see if I can assist those borrowers that I helped put in a pre-foreclosure situation. I know vey little about the loss mitigation process, but I truly feel that's what my calling is. Any help to get my new career jumpstarted would be greatly appreciated.
