Default New here 2!

Hi I am in Michigan -
Also am in the process of wanting to get tutorials on loss mitigation. The state that I am in (literally) requires such help it is not funny. I have a background of 8+ years in the mortgage industry, and also attended Paralegal studies numerous years ago - so I feel that I will be an awesome fit to this industry. Just wanted to say hi and any tips anyone can send me would be great!

awesome - am looking forward to it - any ideas of timing? I'm thinking I want to begin to market right away as it would be a niche in my area (as of now anyway)
