Just quickly wanted to introduce myself to everybody here. My name is Jostein Lavoll aka "Bankcounselor" and I own and operate Capital Estate Consultants, Inc in southern Florida.

I've been part of this crazy business for the last seven years and have seen some highs, and now some lows of this "crazy" business. The good news is that real estate always sells, regardless of the market, you just need to "tweak" and adjust your business to the current market (Just talk to the "old-timers" that where in this in the 80's when the interest rate was 18% !!). I'm by no means any "expert" at this [real estate], but through outlets like this I'm hoping to learn and grow with the rest of you.

I'm looking forward to get to know everybody here and to share some insights, especially in the field of loss mitigation.
