Hi all, just found this forum while researching some loan modification info for a client of mine. I am not a loan modification specialist but I research info for my clients free of charge, and this looks like it'll be a great resource. My main expertise is in new mortgages, as I am a loan officer. I know more about the industry than your typical Joe Blow LO so I hope to be able to contribute that knowledge to assist posters here. I look forward to being a part of the community.
