I am excited to find this forum! I am new to the loan modification business. I am a mortgage consultant and usually forwarded the loans that could not be processed to a friend of mine who does LM. He recommended I start doing the process myself, so here I am!

I'd like to network with other LM professionals and learn as much as I can to help homeowners.
