I am in the process of writing what will be the most complete bar none loss mitigation course but it will be on retention saving homes and not short sales.

Default Certification

I would only go through HUD or Fannie Mae for a certification on Loss Mitigation

Default Freddie Mac

I am in the process and will shortly have Freddie Mac certification, which will be part of the course. I will include Fannie, FHA, VA and privates, which are a majority of the loans today.
