Hello All, from Las Vegas, one of the names most commonly associated with foreclosure unfortunately. I am not a Loss Mitigator. My background is as a Paralegal, and my area of concentration is as a Sentencing Consultant. I assist Defense Counsel in mitigating their client's sentencing exposure, primarily in federal court. In addition, my practice also involves post-conviction remedy. I do hve a real estate related background as at one time my family and myself were investors in distressed properties. Also, we owned a Mortgage Brokerage firm, as well as a company that handled mortgage field services. We are hoping to get the latter going again in the near future. I am looking at the possibility of going into Loss Mitigation, which is why I find myself on this site.
