situation: currently reside in a home from a homeowner which I pay monthly rent to but recently received an advertisement stating home is in foreclosure. Owner and I have signed a contract for me to buy the house using my lender expected closing date is the 19th. What should i do

I would contact a real estate attorney or discuss short sale with the homeowner and loss mitigation company. You can possibly get a discount on house that you are buying.
