Default Hola!

My name is Corey Vandenberg

(i really had to suppress the urge to say 'you kill my father, prepare to die' there lol)

I am in Utah, born and raised, and have been helping people save their homes since 1998. I can remember there being ONE competitor who knew anything about Loss Mitigation, and it was because we taught him. Now of course there are a million of them all flipping through their infomercial manual while on the phone stammering 'uhh uhh, yeah we can help'...but i digress.

Due to the ridiculous amount of competition that has moved into Utah, we have changed our business model some what, we now provide Loss Mitigation help as well as Credit Repair 100% FREE* (call for details =P)

I love real estate, i love helping others and I really love doing loss mitigation and seeing people get the help and information that they truly need.

Feel free to ask me any questions as my wife says im a bottomless pit of useless knowledge lol. But hey it comes in handy when we play trivia games =)

Glad to be here, and I look forward to many great discussions, and of course helping lots of people out!

Default Have a question

You've been doing loss mitigation work for a while. What do you find most difficult about helping people save their homes?

Hmm good question. Id have to think about this to articulate a good answer, however off the top of my head its dealing with the red tape and bureaucracy of banks. The Apathy of the loss mitigation employee's is also disheartening as Im on the human end of the situation and they can sit there looking at a file and an account number without every having to see whats actually happening to a family.

However I Love this work more than anything because of the times where someone comes up to you in tears and says thank you 'thank you for helping us' 'thank you for giving us a chance to stay in our home'. Few things are as rewarding as those moments.

Default Saved a Wells Fargo home

I just finished a case with a Police officer in New York, it was a long one, not sure if you have worked with Wells Fargo we negotiated and we got what we wanted. He was so excited he said he wanted to come down to Florida and kiss me. Well I am sure he was caught up in the moment but he got a great plan, 2 month repay with a Mod at the end if he makes payments on time. He invited me up to New York City to hang out and check out the house we just saved. Now that is also why I am in the business. He will be writing a letter I will post on a blog I am running.
