Default Loss Mitigation Training Manual

I just recently left a bank in the loss mitigation department, so the information is the latest and greatest. Yes, it lays out how to structure your business and some marketing letters. I have been told better than any other on the market. It is also supported by a forum similar to this but members only.

I wasnt so much concerned with things like marketing. You see Iam new to this industry and basically need to start from "scratch." Iwas wondering if it covered state laws and procedures. Also I was wondering if i would be able to train myself and my staff from A-Z with the manual. I need to know where to submit files, whatis needed to submit files, how to speak to the lender, how to get the best option for clients etc. If this manual can help me with these things I would definately like to purchase one.
