Default New to Forum

Hi. I am a Realtor and Mortgage Consultant in Delaware and have been doing some loss mitigation work on assignment for another company. I am starting to venture on my own, as I started getting requests for help from other people that needed assistance with their mortgage problems. No payday yet, but I'll get there soon.
