I am currently a Mortgage Broker and have decided to start a loss mitigation company to help people keep there houses. I am currently located in Kentucky. Just wnated to say hello

Default Kentucky Foreclosure Help
Welcome, I hope you are enjoying the forum and learning. There is only 1 problem with Kentucky, you can not modify a loan that is higher than original PB. Those are the laws unfortunately.
