Unhappy 10 Post Rule

Why do you have to have at least 10 posts to be able to access all the threads?

I agree, it is inconvenient, especially if one wants to learn more before posting

Default Saving homes from foreclosure

create your own forum and you can cry there. I am interested in stopping foreclosure and not some goofy rules. If you can not come up with 10 good posts that have good content I question your experience in saving homes from foreclosure.

I am sorry if my posting was perceived as being a complaint. I should not have used the word "inconvenient", but should have used a better choice of words. What I meant was that for people like me who are starting in this business, it is very helpful to be able to read full postings so we can learn more from others' experiences. The reason I found this forum (and why I have it in my favorites list) is that I was searching online for loss mitigation education. I found other sites, but they were just in the biz of selling something. I have found here a lot of good information, and I also ordered the manual to further my education. I have been doing this for almost a year, and have helped only 5 families, but I found myself learning as I was working on the cases. I want to learn as much as I can, and the postings are a great help for me. Again, my apologies to you and the group for my prior posting.

But what if you are wanting answers and do not have access to all the areas because you have not posted a lot.

there is a different section for complaining, there is nothing that you do not have access to read.
