I'm a realtor here in the Metro-Richmond area. I'm in the process of doing my first short sale. What a headache! Virginia is non-judicial state so from default notice (lis pendens) to forclosure can take 2 weeks. Unless the house is included in a bankruptcy. Getting in contact with all the players wears on your patience after a while.
Anyway I wonder if there are any "site etiquette" rules? I'll meander around.
