Hi and thanks! Ok...one question I have is: I signed up to be an LMC with a company and they send you out to meet with the homeowner on behalf of the banks to try and come up with a resolution for the homeowner to avoid a foreclosure after they are behind on payments. I guess my question is: are there any other companies out there that dont charge an arm and a leg to join and that are reputable? Thanks for your help - it is much appreciated.

Default Stop foreclosure assistance

We are finishing up a manual that is written by someone that has worked as a negotiator for a lender in the loss mitigation for years me. This manual as I keep writing is actually teaching me again. This is way more than what even these companies know, I was on the inside. I am excited about getting this out and having you learn. There will also be a forum similar to this one but by subscription only or buying the manual. Unlimited support on the forum everyone is going to learn from each other.

Talking Manual

Good morning and thanks for the info. Will this also contain information on reputable companies to work for and to steer clear of? I am just curious. It sounds like a great manual....when will it be out and how much?

I believe it will be information for yourself - as if you were to choose to work for yourself - you could obviously go work for someone else after the training - but not thinking that they offer other sources, as they too, have that type of business, just will be more desireable & reputable
