Hello All, I have explored this forum and have found it to be very informative. I have been in the mortgage industry for eleven years....and with all the mishaps of today we find ourselves researching different avenues.

For anyone in California that have clients in danger of losing their home before you can negotiate a deal for them, I have a guaranteed program to grant them additional time....This way you have more leverage when negotiating deal...I will be glad to assist anyone who needs assistance....Thank you for allowing me to join this forum and I look forward to gaining and giving knowledge.
