Hello,

My name is Guillermo Ortiz, I am a real estate agent here in the OC working on several different shortsale transactions.

The lenders and servicers that I am currently dealing with include:

WAMU, Countrywide, SPS, Indymac, Litton...

I hope to be of some service to anyone that might need my help in addition to pestering those whom might have some help for me.
