Loss Mitigation Training Course - Free Foreclosure Help - Loan Modification Help

Hello everyone:

I stumbled upon this forum and have already passed it along to a couple of people who are also looking into a career in loss mitigation. I am going through a difficult time with my own home and learning as I go along. I have been in business as a document preparer for over 20 years. I firmly believe I can be a sucess in loss mitigation. I am fluent in Spanish and am looking into the angle of offering my services to spanish speaking clientele. In my business I have been listening to the sad stories of people losing their homes for a few months now and I think the time is now. About this Loss Mitigation Training Course, now much does it cost? My financial situation is difficult at this time and I need clear information. I live in California. Do I need to have a Real Estate License to do Loss Mitigation services? I have been reading the posts in this forum and have a great feeling about it. I hope that I am right. Thank you, Ana.

Can you please tell me when to expect more
updated information regarding the manual. I have read posts that date a few months back
asking about the manual, and want to know if I should continue waiting for the manual or
try to look for for some other method of learning the loss mitigation business. Please let me know because I need to start something as soon as possible. Thank you. Ana

JR now that you have the manual any updates, what are your thoughts? Were do we need to add more info and where did it hit the mark?
