I am glad to have found this forum and anxiously await the LM Training Manual....just wondering what happened to the Free E-Book, as mentioned on the Opt-In form....

You should have received it by now otherwise you did not subscribe. We send out at the end of the day or end of the weekend in some instances. Let me know if you did not receive and we will be sure to get it to you.
