I have no experience with loss mitigation but I am exploring it as an alternative to loan origination. I am looking for a new challenge and I am currently exploring where to get the training.

Welcome, Billy are you wanting to get into liquidation (short sales, Deed In Lieu) or Retention (saving homes)? be careful in Cali they do not look to kindly on working a deal with both although you can flip flop you can not try both techniques on the same house.
