Hello from California - Free Foreclosure Help - Loan Modification Help

I've been a Loss Mitigation Consultant for 2 years now and have found much success in helping homeowners. I came across this site and looks like a good way to expand my knowledge about loss mitigation. I look forward in learning and giving advice about my experiences. Kudos to the makers of the site for putting up this great forum. So many homeowners are in distress right now and in need of professionals to educate them about home retention. This place offers people a chance to learn through the experience of others. Great job.
