As a lic mtg broker and most recently a loss mitigation company owner I am very impressed with the comments on this forum. This industry is about helping people and it is refreshing to have the same attitude from those on this board. My business is located in South Florida and as imagined the foreclosure rate is off the charts and I hope that what I learn from these discussions will enable me to provide the assistance that these homeowners need.
