I am a new member of this forum and I am looking into LM as a full time business. I have talked to several companies and I would like to corresponde with someone else who is also looking at LM as a full time business. I have 30 years of real estate experience mostly on the investing side and I like the opportunity to help homeowners if they are in a situation they can turn around. I live and work in CA.

Default Loss Mitigation Assistance

Welcome and thank you for joining our group. I am sure you browsed around so if you have any questions do not hesitate. Loss Mitigation is our specialty although there seem to be mortgage brokers and realtors that know their business also.
