Thumbs up Working In Loss Mitigation

I use to show up at peoples doors looking for equity spreads. Now I show up Looking to save homes which way I take them after that depends on the homeowners financial situation. Thanks to to Dan Schultz and folks at American Loss Mitigation Consortium in Virginia I am off to a wonderful start owning my own practice that complements my real estate investing business without taking up all my time, not to memtion the supplemental income.

How long have you been working with Dan and ALMC? How many transactions have you closed thru his firm? Thanks.

Default Loss Mitigation manual

We teach loss Mitigation and not from 20 years ago, the market has changed. We are in the know now and this is not your Grand Pa's Loss Mitigation anymore. Keep moving and shaking.

I would hate to think I put a homeowner I have had a personal relationship (phone call) into the hands of someone else. That is really playing with fire, learn Loss Mitigation yourself not sales. That only shows it is about the money and not helping a homeowner.

I have heard on more than one instance where one of these "we do it for you" loss mitigation companies said File Bankruptcy as a solution and not offering a refund. Do you have a refund policy?
