Default Mortgage and Foreclosure?

Buying a house is a great feeling and great accomplishment. But with so many foreclosures in America, how can you be sure to avoid foreclosure? Which mortgage is the best for your money and life style?

Default

The best mortgage is the one that you can afford comfortably. People default on loans because they can't afford them or because they can't afford them when an emergency arises. You should be able to make your payments and put money aside every month. One type of mortgage to avoid is an ARM. The payments on these type of mortgages increase over time and people can find themselves overwhelmed if their income has not increased at the same rate.
