...straightening out an escrow problem they created and starting foreclosure? I have my own insurance and AHMSI placed a policy on the property and escrowed my account. They raised my payments and will not straighten the problem out. They have received my proof of insurance and refuse to correct the problem and never call me back. Hours and hours on phone. Secretary Hours and hours on phone etc. Supervisors promise calls back and do not do so etc...I stopped payments thinking they would then contact me and they still do not straighten the problem out. Now I am in forclosure status. Can I sue them and where? Supreme court? The house is in Suffolk County NY
