Default Foreclosure Timeline

Typically you receive a demand letter from your mortgage company after 90 days and anytime after they will serve you, it really varies depending on mortgage company and what state you live.

Usually three missed mortgage payments will get you a formal notice of eviction.

Depends on the bank's policy, it could be up to 6 months until the foreclosure process begins. However, by one year most banks will have you evicted
