I purchased a foreclosure in florida and paid...
...cash. Can I get a mortgage on it to buy another place for rental? I would like to get a mortgage on the place I paid cash to purchase another unit or possibly 2 more units. These units I can purchase for 30000 and rent out for 780 to 800 per month. Please give me any ideas you all have. I would like to make this a profitable business and eventually own the whole block of townhomes! Thanks all
