Default Should I turn off the power after stopping

mortgage (FORECLOSURE)? I own a condo in Phoenix, AZ that I have been renting out since 2005. The past several months I have been talking to lawyers and I need to stop mortgage payments and have the condo foreclosed upon. (Cant do short sale, would never be approved. I UNDERSTAND the credit hit I will have).I will stop the mortgage payment for March (due the 16th) and the tenant just moved out this past weekend. Do I need to keep paying for the power in the unit or not?
